We do not charge a setup fee to process new accounts. However, there are special service charges for domain registrations and a nominal fee if you wish for us to process a new account faster than the normal turn around time.
What should the name of my default home page be?
SUMMARY
Our servers are designed to respond to many variations of home pages. This can cause confusing results if a customer places more than one valid home page name. Unpredictable results can occur if there are more than one valid home pages in the root of the site.

We do not add any home page types to this valid list due to the already complex and confusing aspect of this type of issue. We prefer to standardize with the 3 main names and their respective extensions.

Do we support Microsoft Access Databases?
Yes. We support Access databases to a minimum degree. We will announce when will support MySQL soon. We do not have an estimated time as there is little or no demand for it from our client base.
Do we support CGI/Perl scripting?
Yes, we support an NT version of CGI/Perl scripting.
No. We do not support domain parking here. You must sign up for an account.
Billing is done in cycles of 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. One month free for prepaying one year.
When I sign up, what will I receive?
You will receive an e-mail with complete information on how to access your site, detailed information on how to move an existing domain to our network, and you will also receive basic information on how to create new e-mail accounts.
How long does it take to transfer a domain?
It can take as long as 72-96 hours.
Do you provide web development support?
In order to keep our service prices low for our clients, We do not offer any kind of web development or scripting support.
All you have to do is request for it and we will upgrade you accordingly.
Do you support Macintosh users?
Absolutely! We have a very large Macintosh user client base. If your web publishing software supports standard FTP then you should have no problem. (Practically every major web publishing software works with our network).
